1. Solve technical problems in actual process production
2: Responsible for the testing, evaluation, and smooth implementation of engineering batches/new processes/new materials
3: Assist management in controlling/optimizing/reducing production costs
4: DOE validation of process parameters and implementation of process parameter implementation
Job Requirements：
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical/electronic/electrical related fields
2: At least 5 years of work experience in WB process, familiar with SOT/SOD eutectic/silver paste welding process
3: Strong debugging capabilities for ASM Xtreme and KS Elite devices
4: Having good communication, learning, and stress resistance abilities, with high work cooperation
