Xirun Enterprise Group, which is formerly known as Shanghai Zhirun Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd., was established in Shanghai in April 2003. In December 2008, the company was relocated entirely to Binhai County, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Prov. Spanning over 100 mu (approximately 66,667 square meters) and employing over 550 staff of whom 15% are seasoned R&D engineers and quality control staff, the group operates as a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of semiconductor discrete devices. The group currently consists of two independently operated manufacturing plants: Yancheng Xirun Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Weisenmei Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and two shareholding sales subsidiaries: Guangdong Xirun Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and Weisen Meiwei (Shanghai) Electronics Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of ¥32.5 million, Yancheng Xirun occupies 75 mu (50,000 ㎡), featuring two modern factory buildings and one comprehensive office building with a total construction area of 35,000 square meters; with a registered capital of ¥68 million, Jiangsu Weisenmei operates a cleanroom workshop covering 20,000 square meters.

We have been specializing in semiconductor discrete devices for more than 20 years, with core products covering diodes, transistors, rectifier bridges, small-signal devices, and field-effect transistors (FETs), which are widely applied in new energy vehicles, PV energy storage, LED lighting, smart home appliances, and other sectors. Leveraging fully automated production lines (including advanced equipment such as die bonders and wire bonding lines) and MES&ERP digital management systems, we have achieved end-to-end precision control from R&D design to mass production and delivery, ensuring high product reliability and consistency.

We have cultivated deep expertise in R&D, accumulating 22 invention patents, 47 utility model patents, and 5 integrated circuit layout design certificates. And we continue to pioneer cutting-edge products such as automotive-grade ESD components and passive energy storage devices. Certified with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and IATF 16949 Automotive Industry Standard, our products comply with RoHS/REACH environmental regulations and have passed stringent third-party testing by SGS.
